Concierge Security

The Concierge Security role is a front-facing, high-visibility position.

One of the key responsibilities of a security concierge is to move among customers, employees, and guests in order to aid customers as well as to safeguard property and maintain order.

ISC Security thinks that a warm and courteous reception service helps visitors feel at home and encourages them to come again. The partnership between security and hospitality fosters a greater sense of security. Unwanted guests will be kept out of the building using access and identity management.

What our Reception Security Officers can do

From welcoming your guests, assisting in an emergency, to noticing when something isn't right, our reception security officers will take care of all your needs and exceed your expectations. Some of the duties our officers can carry out include:

• Greeting guests and creating a positive first impression.
• Responding to alarms and looking into problems.
• Receiving and distributing postal delivery.
• Screening individuals using detecting devices.
• Managing your contractors and tradesmen.
• Assisting with emergency evacuation.
• Contacting the appropriate authorities in an emergency.
• Maintaining complete and accurate written records and recording information about visitors and guests to the site.
• When necessary, direct delivery vehicles and visitors' cars to the appropriate location.
• Maintaining strict no smoking policies.
